Calorie Counter & Nutrition Data
This is the site that I use to find low-cal recipes, BMI, diet-specific recipes & nutrition data. Using the search, type in something like "egg", find cooked egg (unless you eat raw eggs) and find the size and it tells you how many calories are in each egg. There are different measurements for everything which makes it really simple and convenient to use and is a great way to get an idea of how many calories you regularly take in. Then you can use the BMI calculator to see how many calories you need to maintain, gain or lose weight. I found these aren't very accurate, so if you want to really know your BMI you should consult a doctor.
